Being on top of your claim and knowing how it is being handled isn’t just a good idea – it’s good business. We meet with our clients periodically to provide a written Claim Review on the status of their outstanding claims, update them on our progress with the insurance carrier, discuss current reserve levels and potential strategies to reduce reserves, and help them understand what is coming next in the process. These reviews are extremely effective in helping manage the factors that drive a contractors’ insurance pricing: Loss ratio and Experience Modification Rating.
